No. S 10 to S 13 were also issued in vertical and horizontal gutter pairs. Low value stamps were issued in sheet 320 stamps and high vale stamps were issued in sheets of 120 stamps.

The stamps were overprinted at Nasik Security Printing Press India but these stamps can’t fulfill the requirements of Pakistan Post. Therefore it was decided to overprint ‘PAKISTAN “on the Indian Stamps at local levels. Local overprints at Peshawar, Karachi, Lahore, Bhawalpur and many other places exist. Type written and rubber overprints also exist. Though locally overprinted they are thus not locals in real sense. It is impossible to discuss all these issues and varieties in this catalogue.
